The presentation was very well done. I was having to sit with my own discomfort of topics that are real and it helped me professionally really reflect on where I am avoiding and probably be more intentional at. I liked the interactive thought processing activities. I think this workshop should be a bit longer and at times I wished the language was more simple and more in-depth at times as it there was more vocabulary introduced that at least for me needed more time for processing to keep up with flow of the presentation.
