I think verbiage used was inaccessible. There were a lot of concepts and terms thrown out that were never defined, not even in the guide. I understand that it is necessary in some cases, but I also feel it can cause shame (for not knowing what they mean) and alienate some participants. Scenarios were read out loud and would have been helpful to see on screen for those who are not auditory processers. Otherwise VERY impressive and engaging training. Thought provoking while also presenting some "solutions/path forward".
