If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Course Registration and Participation
A. Registration and access
Workshop access is provided to registered participants. You agree to provide accurate registration information.
B. Attendance requirement (including CEUs)
For trainings that offer continuing education credits (CEUs) or certificates of completion, CCDS requires full attendance as a condition of receiving CEUs/certificates, unless a specific training states otherwise.
CCDS may also require completion of evaluations, post-tests, or other documentation as part of CEU/certificate eligibility. CCDS reserves the right to withhold CEUs/certificates if requirements are not met.
C. No refunds (current policy)
CCDS does not currently offer refunds for courses or training. If this policy changes for a particular event, the event listing will state the applicable policy.
D. Changes, cancellation, and rescheduling
We may modify, reschedule, or cancel a course due to low enrollment, presenter availability, technical issues, or other circumstances. If we cancel a course, we will provide notice using the contact information you provided at registration and will describe any available options (such as rescheduling or credit) in that notice.
