She showed great examples of what to do and what not to do. She also incorporated some great scenarios in the breakout sessions that helped us practice active listening with our partners.

There were quite a few times where the way things were explained really provided strong guidance on where the clinical/non-clinical support line is.

The session was great. Everyone had a chance to ask questions if they wanted and there were activities for small groups.
