The speaker was wonderful all around! I hope I'm able to attend more webinars she will present in the future. She was well-informed, a wonderful instructor, and she practiced the skills she was teaching!

I thought the training was very thorough. The presenter did a wonderful job by incorporating some of her personal experience with trauma and how she expressed herself. She showed great examples of what to do and what not to do. She also incorporated some great scenarios in the breakout sessions that helped us practice active listening with our partners.
