I thought the training was very thorough. The presenter did a wonderful job by incorporating some of her personal experience with trauma and how she expressed herself. She showed great examples of what to do and what not to do. She also incorporated some great scenarios in the breakout sessions that helped us practice active listening with our partners.

I loved this presentation! The presenter was an excellent speaker and did a great job making the lecture engaging.

In general, I appreciate the direction this course offered. It reinforced some of my work practices, which is comforting. It also helped establish boundaries around gray areas that I had tried to steer clear of in the past, when I didn't know for sure where the line was. Overall, this gave me a lot more onfidence when working with members. I can already notice a difference in the work I've done since attending this course. Thank you!!
