There were quite a few times where the way things were explained really provided strong guidance on where the clinical/non-clinical support line is.

In general, I appreciate the direction this course offered. It reinforced some of my work practices, which is comforting. It also helped establish boundaries around gray areas that I had tried to steer clear of in the past, when I didn't know for sure where the line was. Overall, this gave me a lot more onfidence when working with members. I can already notice a difference in the work I've done since attending this course. Thank you!!

The facilitator was wonderful all around! I hope I'm able to attend more webinars she will present in the future. She was well-informed, a wonderful instructor, and she practiced the skills she was teaching!
