It was great to participate in a training that was specific to this cultural dilemma faced by many social workers and other helping professions. It is refreshing to have a facilitator that can relate to the community and truly understand how culture impacts a customer's experience and willingness to engage in often difficult services.

Content of material addressed by participants were great, because many issues faced in practice are not necessarily thought at school while we take our training.
