It was a very refreshing update on ethics. So much better than other standard ethic trainings I have attended in my past 30 years. The "western liberal" ethics is drilled into us as social workers, especially autonomy and self determination. I think the topic of managing politics/social topics in the workplace in an ethical framework would be a helpful training. I would not add it on but rather make it separate training.
